Independence County Wreck on Thursday Proves Fatal in AR

29-year-old Frank Ramirez (Batesville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, November 18, 2021.

At approximately 12:50 a.m. Mr. Ramirez was traveling east on State Highway 14 when his vehicle (2018 Dodge Charger) left the roadway while negotiating a lefthand curve.

Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
