53-year-old Earl Jones (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred in Little Rock on Saturday, February 23.
Shortly before 7:30 p.m. Mr. Jones was walking west across S University Avenue in Little Rock when he was struck by a southbound vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene before police officers arrived.
Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
