39-year-old Dustin Matthew Pelter (Springdale, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

At approximately 9:37 p.m. Mr. Pelter was a pedestrian attempting to cross S. Thompson Street/U.S. 71B north of the intersection of Black Oak Avenue. Mr. Pelter was struck by a northbound vehicle (2010 GMC Terrain).

Weather conditions were rainy and foggy, and road conditions were wet at the time of the accident.
