68-year-old Dennis Bostick (Colfax, Louisiana) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, May 5, 2024.

At approximately 1:57 p.m. Mr. Bostick was traveling north on Highway 65 in Clinton when a southbound vehicle (2007 Sterling) traveling with a trailer lost control on wet roads and crossed the centerline. The southbound vehicle collided with Mr. Bostick’s vehicle (2019 Ford) and another northbound vehicle (2016 GMC). The trailer came loose and struck two additional northbound vehicles (including a 2015 Jeep).

Mr. Dennis Bostick (Louisiana) sustained fatal injuries in the collision.

3 additional drivers and 1 additional passenger were injured in the accident. 18-year-old Shelton Smith (Damascus, AR), 49-year-old Sonja Blackburn (Lebanon, Missouri), 40-year-old Amanda Reichel (Vienna, AR), and 48-year-old Roger Gerling (Jefferson City, MO) sustained injuries in the wreck and were transported with injuries to Ozark Health Medical Center.

Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
