57-year-old David Maxwell (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
At approximately 4:11 p.m. Mr. Maxwell was traveling north on Highway 365 S in Little Rock when he attempted to pass a northbound vehicle (2010 Ford Fusion). According to the report, Mr. Maxwell crossed the centerline before then striking the left side of the northbound vehicle with the front is his motorcycle (1980 Honda MC).
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
