18-year-old Dover Resident Loses Life in Single-Vehicle Accident

18-year-old David Billingsley (Dover, AR) lost his life in a fatal accident that occurred during the early morning hours of Saturday, October 6.

Mr. Billingsley and 18-year-old Jennifer Walls (Dover, AR) were passengers in a 2003 Nissan pick-up truck headed south on Treat Road (near County Road 1820) at 1:19 a.m. The vehicle overcorrected and rolled, “partially ejecting the driver,” and striking an embankment.

Weather conditions were reportedly clear and road conditions were gravel.
