37-year-old Danielle L. Howard (Pine Bluff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, October 2, 2019.

Shortly after 6:30 a.m. Ms. Howard was driving west on U.S. Highway 270 in Jefferson County when her vehicle (2010 Dodge) crossed the center line near Stokes Road and collided head-on with a vehicle (2015 Chevrolet) traveling east.

25-year-old Daniel Smith (Sheridan, AR) was driving the eastbound Chevrolet vehicle at the time of the wreck and transported with injuries to JRMC (Jefferson Regional Medical Center).

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
