68-year-old Dan Keith Farnsworth (Centerton, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

At approximately 2:30 p.m. Mr. Farnsworth was traveling north on Highway 112 (N Main Street) in Bentonville when a southbound vehicle (2019 Ford F550) turned left in front of Mr. Farnsworth’s motorcycle (2015 Honda VT1300). The southbound vehicle failed to yield to Mr. Farnsworth’s motorcycle causing Mr. Farnsworth to be thrown from his vehicle.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
