Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
44-year-old Cindy S. Cline (Point Blank, TX) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, March 26, 2021.
At approximately 2:30 a.m. Ms. Cline was a passenger in a vehicle traveling north on Interstate 55 in Arkansas. Ms. Cline’s vehicle (2013 Ford) was traveling in the left-hand lane passing a vehicle (2011 Mitsubishi) in the right-hand lane of traffic. The Mitsubishi vehicle veered across the line and struck the trailer’s right side being pulled by Ms. Cline’s vehicle.
The collision caused Ms. Cline’s vehicle to jack-knife before overturning.
Additional injuries occurred to 26-year-old Brandon Mounts (Oblong, IL) and 40-year-old William E. Cline, Jr. (Point Blank, TX). They were transported to Regional One Medical Center.
