42-year-old Christy Scott (Hammond, Louisiana) and an unidentified female minor were both fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, July 19, 2020.

At approximately 5:40 p.m. Ms. Scott was traveling north on U.S. Highway 64 North near Clinton. A southbound vehicle (2016 Chevrolet) crossed the centerline and struck Ms. Scott’s vehicle (2015 Toyota) in the northbound lane of traffic.

An additional female minor passenger in Ms. Scott’s vehicle was injured in the accident. An unidentified female minor passenger in the southbound vehicle sustained injuries in the collision as well.

Those injured were transported to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock and Ozark Health Medical Center in Clinton.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
