Fred Fletcher, of Morrilton, Fatally Injured in Head-On Collision

74-year-old, Fred Fletcher, of Morrilton, Arkansas was fatally injured Sunday evening, January 15th, near 7:30 p.m. on U.S. 64 in Conway County.

Mr. Fletcher was driving a 2016 Nissan west on U.S. 64, just east of Menifee when a 2007 Chrysler headed east crossed the centerline and struck Mr. Fletcher’s vehicle head-on.

The conditions at the time of the accident were said to be clear and dry. Arkansas State Police have not yet indicated why the Chrysler crossed the centerline nor have they released the identity of the other driver involved.
