Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
25-year-old Christian L. May (North Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.
Shortly before 8:30 a.m. Mr. May was traveling south on U.S. Highway 425 between Star City and Monticello when his vehicle (1997 Lexus) crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a northbound 18-wheeler (2018 Kenworth).
The driver of the 18-wheeler, 31-year-old Frederick Lloyd (Peabody, KS), was injured in the collision and transported to Drew Memorial Hospital.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
