A 40-year-old pedestrian, Leroy Allen Hanlin, (Bismarck, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
At approximately 11:40 a.m. Mr. Hanlin “entered the roadway from the southbound shoulder” where he was struck by a southbound vehicle. The vehicle (2017 Honda Ridgeline) struck Mr. Hanlin near 6095 Highway 7.
19-year-old passenger Forrest Alexander Hutson (Hope, AR) was injured in the accident.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
