Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
69-year-old Bert Hart (Mountain Home, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
Mr. Hart was traveling east on County Road 15 north of Mountain Home when his vehicle (1994 Chevrolet) failed to stop at the intersection with State Highway 5. Mr. Hart’s vehicle struck a stop sign before colliding with the passenger side of a southbound vehicle (2021 Ford) on Highway 5.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
