Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
22-year-old Bernard Edwards III (Nashville, AR) and an unidentified male minor were both fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, June 28, 2020.
At approximately 6:00 a.m. Mr. Edwards and the unidentified minor were in a vehicle (2003 Honda Civic) traveling north on Highway 41 South near De Queen when a southbound vehicle (2014 Chevrolet Silverado) crossed the centerline and struck their vehicle.
22-year-old Quentin Witherspoon (Fulton, AR) was also in the same vehicle as Mr. Edwards and the minor when the vehicle occurred. Mr. Witherspoon was transported with injuries to Christus St. Michael’s in Texarkana.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
