38-year-old Archie H. Sams (Batesville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Saturday, March 23, 2019.
At approximately 7:02 p.m. Mr. Sams was traveling north on Jamestown Loop on a 2005 Honda Rancher ATV. Mr. Sams failed to negotiate a curve in the 1400 block of Jamestown Loop and both he and a passenger were thrown from the ATV.
27-year-old Hailey Dawn Brock (Newport, AR) was transported to White River Medical Center with injuries.
Conditions at the time of the incident were reportedly clear and dry.
