On Thursday, November 16th, Mr. Jaime Rodriguez, 53, of Batesville, was fatally injured after his car ran off the road.
The accident occurred near Arkansas 18 and Arkansas 384 in Jackson County. Mr. Rodriguez was driving his 2017 Honda Accord when he left the road and struck a culvert.
Road conditions were clear and dry at the time of the accident.
