35-year-old Derrick V. Lewis (Wilmar, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Sunday, June 16, 2019.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. Mr. Lewis was driving a Polaris 4-Wheeler ATV west on Johnson Street in Wilmar when he attempted to turn right onto 8th Street and lost control of the vehicle. Mr. Lewis was thrown from the ATV.
Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
