Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
29-year-old Kiefer Dalton Peek (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
Shortly before 12:30 a.m. Mr. Peek was traveling east on Trinity Boulevard near Four States Fair Parkway when his vehicle (2008 Chevrolet Aveo) failed to navigate a curve and left the roadway. Mr. Peek’s vehicle rolled “multiple times” before coming to a rest.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
