Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
33-year-old Ashton Rae Woods (Fairfield Bay, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, October 7, 2022.
At approximately 5:37 p.m. Ms. Ashton Woods was traveling north on State Highway 263 in Stone County. A southbound vehicle (2022 Toyota Tundra) crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Ms. Woods’ vehicle (2020 Kia Soul) in the northbound lane of traffic.
24-year-old Paydan Biram Stewart (Prim, AR) sustained injuries in the collision and was transported to UAMS in Little Rock.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
