27-year-old Ashley Tyree (Berryville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, May 11, 2020.

Shortly after 7:00 p.m. Ms. Tyree was traveling west on County Road 513 when her vehicle (2005 Mazda) left the roadway and hit an embankment before striking a tree.

32-year-old Joshua Mulholland (Berryville, AR) was injured in the accident.

Conditions were reportedly rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
