Joseph Stephen, 25, of Mountain Home was fatally injured near 8:30 p.m. Monday night, January 22nd. Mr. Stephen was northbound on Arkansas Highway 177 in Jordan, Arkansas when his 1997 Honda Accord crossed the centerline, colliding with a southbound 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe.
Two others were injured, but not named in the police report. Travel conditions at the time of the accident were said to be dry and clear.
