56-year-old Anthony Waddell (Imboden, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place shortly before 5:30 a.m. on Friday morning, November 30 in Lawrence County.
Mr. Waddell was traveling west on Highway 115 three miles north of Smithville, Arkansas when his vehicle (2004 Toyota Camry) left the roadway and overturned in a ditch.
Weather conditions were foggy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
