45-year-old Alpatra Thomas Shaw (Malvern, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
At approximately 9:30 a.m. Mr. Shaw was driving north on State Highway 9 in Hot Spring County when his vehicle crossed the centerline. Mr. Shaw’s vehicle (2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer) crossed back into the northbound lane before leaving the roadway and striking a utility pole. Mr. Shaw’s vehicle rolled and came to a rest on its roof.
Conditions at the time of the accident were clear and dry.
