Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
47-year-old Alisa Jones (Thornton, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
At approximately 6:30 a.m. Ms. Jones was a passenger in a vehicle (2020 Hyundai Accent) traveling east on Chambersville Road in Thornton. The vehicle failed to navigate a curve and left the roadway before striking several trees.
51-year-old Charles R. Jones sustained injuries in the accident.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
