- January 2024: A multibillion-dollar verdict is awarded to a non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma patient after being exposed to Roundup. A Philadelphia jury awarded a $2.25 billion verdict to a Pennsylvania man.
- December 2023: Bayer is ordered to pay roughly half a million dollars in damages and $3 million in punitive damages to a woman in Philadelphia.
