19-year-old Ella Gall (Blytheville, AR), 56-year-old Linzy Gall (Blytheville, AR), 48-year-old Rachel Gall (Blytheville, AR), and 79-year-old Clyde O’Neal (Blytheville, AR) were fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
At approximately 5:27 p.m. Ms. Gall was driving north on South Division Street when her vehicle (2025 Hyundai Palisade) lost control before crossing the centerline and colliding with Mr. O’Neal’s vehicle (2019 Ford F-150). Both drivers and all passengers sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
