Pedestrian Struck & Killed on I-40 Tuesday Night in NLR

61-year-old Jesse Cox (Searcy, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

At approximately 9:36 p.m. Mr. Cox was struck by an eastbound vehicle (2015 Kia Soul) on Interstate 40. According to the report, “[Mr. Cox] was in the middle lane when the front of [the vehicle] struck [Mr. Cox].” The accident occurred near exit 153A in North Little Rock.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
