58-year-old Richard Bailey (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Friday, January 1, 2021.
Shortly before 10:30 p.m. Mr. Bailey was traveling north on Interstate 530 when his vehicle (1999 Buick Regal) left the roadway near mile marker 11. Mr. Bailey’s vehicle struck the cable barrier before colliding with a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
