40-year-old William P. Deboard (Fordyce, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
Shortly after 11:00 a.m. Mr. Deboard was traveling east on Chambersville Road in Thornton when his vehicle (2016 Ford F-150) failed to navigate a curve and left the roadway before striking a tree and overturning several times.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
