21-year-old Loses Life When His Truck Careens Under an 18-wheeler on I-40

21-year-old, Caleb Gallegos Quattlebaum, was headed east on Interstate 40 near Carlisle when his vehicle veered and smashed underneath an 18-wheeler’s trailer. According to Arkansas State Police, at approximately noon, Mr. Quattlebaum’s 2007 Ford F-150 “took evasive action” that forced him into a bridge support, and then back onto the interstate where his vehicle crashed underneath a tractor-trailer.

 

The accident occurred Saturday, February 17th, at approximately noon. Conditions at the time were reportedly cloudy and dry.
