Fatal Collision in Bono on Highway 63 Claims 1 Life

80-year-old Carolyn Kendrick (Jonesboro, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Thursday, December 12, 2019.

At approximately 5:14 p.m. Ms. Kendrick was the passenger in a vehicle traveling north on Highway 63. Ms. Kendrick’s vehicle (2017 GMC Acadia) attempted to turn left (west) onto County Road 118 when it was struck on the passenger side by a southbound vehicle (2011 GMC pick-up truck).

56-year-old Elizabeth Fergason (Jonesboro, AR) was injured in the accident.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
