91-year-old Billy Summers (Weiner, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
At approximately 9:22 a.m. Mr. Summers was traveling south in the northbound lanes of traffic on Interstate 555 near exit 36 (Nestle Road). Mr. Summer’s vehicle (2011 Toyota) collided head-on with a northbound 2019 Volvo tractor-trailer. The 18-wheeler then collided with a second northbound vehicle (2013 Ford).
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
