57-year-old Lexa John Page (Camden, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, February 21 in Camden, Arkansas.
At approximately 7:20 p.m. Mr. Page was driving east on U.S. Highway 79B in Camden when his vehicle (1997 Lexus) crossed the centerline and struck the west-side guardrail of the bridge. Mr. Page’s vehicle became airborne and landed upside down in “a water-filled creek bed.”
Conditions at the time were rainy and wet.
