25-year-old Colton Jim Owen (Pearcy, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, August 29, 2019.
At approximately 12:15 a.m. Mr. Owen was driving west on U.S. Highway 70 when he lost control of his vehicle (1999 Toyota Tacoma) and exited the roadway to the east before overturning and reentering the highway. Mr. Owen’s vehicle overturned several times and ejected Mr. Owen from the vehicle before coming to a final rest in the westbound lanes of Highway 70.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
