Little Rock Hit & Run Results in Cyclist's Death

51-year-old John Edward Pilcher (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an incident that occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8.

At approximately 2:48 a.m. Mr. Pilcher was riding his bicycle west in the eastbound lane of 57th Street near Hopson Street in Little Rock. An unknown vehicle approached Mr. Pilcher traveling west in the eastbound lane as well and struck Mr. Pilcher’s bicycle. The vehicle left the scene and continued west on 57th Street.

Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
