Albert J. Mellow’s 1995 Toyota was headed west on Highway U.S. 62 before veering into eastbound traffic shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 15th. Mr. Mellow, of Springdale, Arkansas, was fatally injured in the accident.
Mr. Mellow’s Toyota, after crossing into traffic, struck the left front of an eastbound 2011 Chevrolet. His vehicle then spun and struck the front of a 2005 Chevrolet, before coming to a rest.
Conditions at the time were said to be clear and dry.
