At approximately 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning, March 14th, Gelendal Flowers was driving west on U.S. Highway 64, along with a minor passenger, when her 2003 Volkswagen Jetta crossed into oncoming traffic.
Ms. Flower’s car struck a 2003 Nissan Altima, which was in turn struck in the rear by a 2014 Ford F-150, which swerved to avoid the accident.
Conditions at the time of the accident were clear and dry.
