Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
18-year-old Jason Andrew Hopkins (Springdale, AR) and 20-year-old Christopher Robert Heal, Jr. (Fayetteville, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
Shortly after 2:00 a.m. Mr. Heal, Jr. was driving north on North Stephen Carr Memorial Boulevard when his vehicle (2012 Hyundai Elantra) lost control before leaving the roadway and striking a tree. Mr. Hopkins was a passenger in the vehicle.
