Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
49-year-old Thomas Dee Johannes (Morrilton, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, October 15, 2021.
At approximately 6:48 a.m. Mr. Johannes was traveling north on Highway 287 in Conway County when his semi-truck (2012 Freightliner) left the roadway while navigating a lefthand curve and overturned.
