Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
23-year-old Bo Garrett Self (Harrisburg, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
At approximately 5:50 p.m. Mr. Self was traveling east near Grubbs on Arkansas Highway 18 when his vehicle (2009 Ford Focus) crossed the centerline. Mr. Self’s vehicle left the roadway to the north before overturning and coming to final rest “upside down mostly submerged underwater.”
