Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
32-year-old William Boyd, Jr. (Pine Bluff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
At approximately 8:25 p.m. Mr. Boyd was traveling east “at a high rate of speed” on US 79B (S Camden Road) when his 4-wheeler ATV (2008 Yamaha Raptor) struck an eastbound vehicle (2003 Ford Taurus) near Orlando Street.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
