87-year-old Walter Dycus (North Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
At approximately 9:18 a.m. Mr. Dycus was traveling south on Highway 165 near Keo when his vehicle collided head-on with an 18-wheeler (2011 Peterbilt).
