Vehicle Fatally Collides with Street Sweeper in Russellville

84-year-old Wanda McCurrie (Pottsville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, July 27, 2023.

At approximately 10:17 a.m. Ms. McCurrie was a passenger in a vehicle traveling south on State Highway 331 in Russellville when her vehicle collided with the rear of a street sweeper operating in the southbound lane of traffic. Ms. McCurrie sustained fatal injuries in the collision.

35-year-old Kimberly Darter (Pottsville, AR) also sustained injuries in the collision.
