41-year-old Timothy White (Mulberry, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Thursday, August 6, 2020.

Shortly before 10:30 p.m. Mr. White was traveling west on Highway 64 in the center turn lane prepared to turn left into Sixty 4 County Store near Sherry Drive. An eastbound vehicle (1998 Dodge Ram) crossed into the center turn lane. Mr. White applied the brakes to his motorcycle (2018 Harley Davidson FLHR) causing a second westbound motorcycle (2014 Harley Davidson FLHXS) to collide with Mr. White’s motorcycle in the center turn lane.

Mr. White’s motorcycle rolled on its side before being struck by the eastbound Dodge vehicle.

While attending to Mr. White, the driver of the Dodge vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle (2017 Hyundai Accent).

60-year-old James Mickan (Coal Hill, AR) and 27-year-old Matthew Gonzales (Vilonia, AR) both sustained injuries in the wreck and transported Conway Regional Medical Center.

Conditions were rainy and wet at the time of the accident.
