Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
33-year-old Timothy Spence (Paragould, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
At approximately 6:19 a.m. Mr. Spence was traveling west on State Highway 34 in Greene County north of Paragould when his vehicle (2015 Hyundai) crossed the centerline. Mr. Spence’s vehicle collided head-on with an eastbound vehicle (2006 Jeep). Mr. Spence sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
58-year-old Jay Hicks, Jr. (Paragould, AR) also sustained injuries in the collision and was transported to Regional One Medical Center.
