Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
79-year-old Terry R. Keefe (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, January 28, 2023.
At approximately 6:11 a.m. Mr. Keefe was attempting to cross Colonel Glenn Road at County Line Road near Little Rock when an eastbound vehicle (2016 Chevy Cruze) struck Mr. Keefe. Mr. Keefe was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock where he later succumbed to his injuries.
