High-Speed Corvette Rear Ends and Kills Tamatha St. John on Highway 67

38-year-old Tamatha St. John was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, June 30, 2019.

At approximately 1:40 a.m. Ms. St. John was headed north on Highway 67/167 when her vehicle (2005 Dodge Neon) was struck in the rear by a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette traveling north at a “high rate of speed.”

The accident occurred underneath the Interstate 440 overpass.

19-year-old Laney Ann Carman (Cabot, AR) was a passenger in Ms. St. John’s vehicle and transported with injuries to Baptist Health Medical Center on Springhill.

Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
