Pedestrian Struck on Shoulder of I-30 in AR

59-year-old Sabina Espinoza Hernandez (Tecamac, Mexico) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

At approximately 9:55 a.m. Ms. Hernandez’s vehicle was parked on the south shoulder of I-30 in Clark County. Ms. Hernandez was outside of the vehicle when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle. She sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
