28-year-old, Rogelio Armendarez-Reyez, of Springdale, Arkansas, suffered fatal injuries after his car struck a tree and fence just before 12:20 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26th.
Mr. Armendarez-Reyez was driving east on Arkansas 112 when his car left the road and struck a tree, before colliding with a fence and coming to a rest. Mr. Armendarez-Reyez was driving a 2008 Nissan Maxima.
Conditions at the time of the accident were said to be dry and clear.
